VOGUE has been one of the leading domaines in Burgundy for a long time. In 1988, a new management team took over and introduced modifications to both the culture as well as the wine-making process. Since then, this domaine has been regarded as the cream of the crop when it comes to Burgundy wines.

I recommend the whole range, from the “simple” CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY to the exceptional MUSIGNY Vieilles Vins.

CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY, CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY 1er Cru (mostly composed of MUSIGNY vines which are too young for the Musigny Vieilles Vins), CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY 1er Cru “Les Amoureuses”, BONNES MARES and MUSIGNY Vieilles Vins.

It should also be noted that the estate has a very rare WHITE MUSIGNY whose vines were uprooted after the 1992 harvest. The first vintage made from the new vines was released in 1996, and is sold under the name BOURGOGNE BLANC as the producers do not yet believe that the level of quality is high enough to be sold under its official name.
