Méo Camuzet Domaine
Wine and politics have always lived in peaceful coexistence in this domaine. From when Etienne CAMUZET (representative of the Côte d’Or) started to buy vineyards at the very beginning of the 20th century, to Jean MEO counsellor of General DE GAULLE, a well-advised man, since he had a sharecropper whose name was Henri JAYER! Jayer transmitted a great part of his knowledge to Jean Nicolas, who now manages this great domaine.
Vosne Romanée, Nuits St Georges 1er cru “aux Boudots” and “aux Murgers”, Vosne Romanée 1er cru “les Chaumes”, “Aux Brulées” and the famous “Cros Parentoux”…
And then the grands crus Echezeaux, Corton Clos Rognet, Clos de Vougeot, and Richebourg. What an incredible range!
