Here we have Burgundy’s crème de la crème… Everybody has heard about the mythical CORTON CHARLEMAGNE, or MEURSAULT “Perrières”, but very few have tasted them. They truly are the work of a master craftsman, where every little detail has been taken into consideration. As well as the whole wonderful wines elaborated here, with an exceptional attention, from the Bourgogne, the Aligoté, the Meursault declined under various “climates”, like Chevalières or Rougeots, and the 1er crus Caillerets, Genevrières, and the Perrières which are particularly hard to get hold of…

Assisted by his son, who is gradually taking the reins, Jean François COCHE DURY can be deeply proud of all the work he has achieved over all these years. COCHE DURY is the crème de la crème of Burgundy winemakers for the quality of his wines as much as for his wisdom, kind nature and modesty.

The white wines are world-renowned, but the reds, too, deserve worldwide attention as they are like the finest perfumes! From the simple Bourgogne Rouge to the VOLNAY 1er cru, and not forgetting MONTHELIE, AUXEY DURESSES or the rare MEURSAULT rouge… they all express a rare delicacy. And the last one to have come in that family, POMMARD “Vaumuriens” exceeds in delicacy everything I have tasted from this appellation.
