Claude inherited his father’s vineyards and is now getting ready to pass it on to his son and daughters.

Bourgogne, Gevrey Chambertin, Gevrey Chambertin 1er cru, Gevrey Chambertin 1er cru “Lavaux St Jacques”, Charmes Chambertin, Chapelle Chambertin, and Griotte Chambertin are produced in a lovely wine cellar in Dimes, and now shelters these wonderful jewels.

Several times a year, we write and send off a “newsletter” that presents our latest acquisitions, with a comment for each wine, glass in hand (or cask when this was not possible), as well as an organoleptic analysis and sensory description.
